Coach Rodriguez is entering his 7th year with UpTempo Youth Program and 3rd year with UpTempo HS
Attended Wilder HS from 2002-2006. 4 year starting PG for Varsity.
2002-2003 voted most improved player in 1A division as a freshman
2003-2006 lead team in assists , rebounds, points
2005-2006 runner up for MVP of the league, lead league in scoring junior year.
2007-assistant coach to JV Girls at wilder high went 16-1 and won the JV championship
Coach Rodriguez has been running E.A. Construction for 10 years.
He has been married for 10 years to his wife Rebecca and they have 3 kids together.

During my seven years as the girl’s head coach, we have won 6 conference championships, 5 district championships and two state championships with an overall record of 159-19. We also completed an undefeated season in 2023.
